What to look for

A racket can reduce strain but it is not a treatment. If your elbow hurts, see a physiotherapist or doctor; technique and grip size often matter as much as the racket.

Look for a soft or medium core, low or medium balance, and a weight around 350 to 365 grams. Very light rackets can make you swing harder, so lighter is not always better.
